<“Event” Definition -
Program Name “Events” are plenary meetings
or workshops comprised of the Committee of the whole and
hosting
typically one representative from each participating organization,
together with invited observers. Each meeting event has
a particular focus and is structured in accordance with
the wishes of the Member organizations to produce the best
possible collective effect. Events are designed and conducted
to produce some specific end-state effect or to generate
a specified work-product. There are no fees for Program
Name Events, except where an event engenders costs that
need to be defrayed by a documented ‘conference fee’.
Proceedings of Program
Name Events are made
publicly available and frequently reduced to description
suitable for publication
whereby to promulgate the Program
Name agenda, determinations,
and findings in accordance with the mission of the Forum.>
